How to order
Please send your order to ongfm987@yahoo.com.sg. You will receive a confirmation notice within 3 days
Payment
We accept cash or cheque on delivery, or direct bank to bank account transfer upon confirmation of order.
For Bank to Bank transfer - You can transfer the money to DBS Savings Plus (047-8-010874 )
For Cheque payment - Please make cheques payable to "Ong Feng Lin Monica".

Delivery / Shipping
For your convenience we are happy to offer the following options:
(i) Self pick up at Sengkang.
(ii) Door to door delivery to anywhere in Singapore at a nominal fee of S$10.00 if total purchase is below S$50. If total purchase is S$50 and above, delivery is free.
(iii) Local mail, for flat items only, from S$2.00 for total purchase up to S$59.99 and from S$5.00 for total purchase S$60 and above.
Please note that postage charges will be advised upon confirmation of order. Should you require registered mail or other types of postage service, please indicate your preference in the "email to us:" and we will contact you about the postage cost.
The exact timing of delivery will be confirmed via email when your order is being processed. Please allow up to 5 working days for delivery. If an urgent delivery date is required, please call us to make the arrangements.
